FOR THE RECORD: Many bad things things have been said about the conduct of
the Vietnam Veteran towards the Vietnamese women and children by people like
Jane Fonda, John Kerry and former CBS News Anchor Dan Rather that still
follows the Vietnam Veteran and the future generations of veterans who enter
into the medical field like Nursing Homes, and VA Hospitals. This poses a very
serious problem about the quality of our veterans' lives in their "situations by
Social Service Workers, VA Physchologists, Nursing Home Administrators, Resident
Care Managers, Charge Nurses, and their CNA Care Givers if not Golden Years"
like the Vietnam Veteran or the younger veteran who gets wounded in places like
Iraq or Afghanistan can end up in very abusive handled with kid gloves."
Just the fact that what the likes of Fonda and Kerry calling us "Baby
Killers" and that we were the Maladjusted troops from Vietnam that we would
never be able to readjust to civilian societyis totally animal crackers, but the
Medical field still looks at us under scruplication and can and will use this as
an opertune reson to place you into an abusive situation where all the rights
that you once fought for can and will be revoked because they deem you to be no
longer able to think on your own because of what they call irrational behaviors
or PTSD.
So WARNING!: This is sad but very true, any veteran who surrenders his or
herself to a 100% DISABILITY for PTSD, likewise automatically surrenders all
their rights into the hands of VA Doctors, VA Phychologists, Directors of
Social Services and their Social Service Workers, Charge Nurses, and again
their CNA Caregivers. It's the same thing as if you had given them a blank
check to do what ever they please with your lives because you have in a strange
sense of the word have given them the reason to do so! All mentally disabled,
impaired, or handicapped are in danger of nursing home and hospital abuse! This
is especially true for the PTSD Patients! Why do you ask? Because they deem
all of us now as being dangerous and that we can be punished by any means that
they want because you are considered no-longer accountable for your actions as
the good citizens like we really are! In other words you place the rest of your
your life at their mersey and discreation.

FOR THE RECORD:
Now there is something that they are not aware of because it is not a highly published or talked about subject and that was the ?Vietnamization Program that they had back then. Even though General Westmoreland thought this program was a discrace back then. Now I can?t speak for all the front line Combat Infantry Units, but I can speak for my Combat Infantry Unit, I was with D Company 4th Battalion 12th Infantry 199th Light Infantry Brigade. Now I was under the Vietnamization Program? and saw alot of good evolve from it. We would give the women and children both food and medical supplies, to any village or hamlet that we were encamped by we would do these things for them. Most of them would speak pretty good English so we got the opportunity to get to know them through our cordon and village searches that we conducted and so we could let them know that we would keep our paremeters open for them if the had any terrorist activity we were to know about it immediatly and that they could remain safe with us if needs be while we took care of the problem. Our government set up that program because they realized thsat these people were both scared and illeterate to the given situation that was causing that big band of distrust that we had with some of the villagers as it was this program did alot of good as far as I could see it made them realize that we were not the bad guys here that were doing all the beatings, rape and murder, or neither were we the ones who always ?Zippoed? their homes. The NVA, and Viet Cong forces were doing about 90% or more of the abuse than what any U.S forces had ever even thought of doing period! Also alot of people seem to over look the fact that the United States Government was in Coalation with the Free Government of the Republic of Vietnam and that we had to abide by these guide lines or risk te chance of going to ?LBJ? Long Binh Jail. It was not our country to just walk in there and to rape, murder, and pillage the land like a band of Barbary Pirates, like Jane Fonda, and John Kerry had originally so falsely accused us of in the first place! These facts need to be known! Also under that program aqll spy, or beating and rape victems were to be turned over to the South Vietnamese Authorities immediatly! Again It was not our country to just walk in there and rape and pillage the land like a band of Barbary Pirates! There were certian laws and rules set up by the coalition of the Free Government of the Republic of South Vietnam and our own government of the United States of America upon which we were serving not just soldiers but as repesenatives of the United States Government and as responsable civilized citizens of the United States. There were also certian lines of engagement and other rules and regulations set by both the coalition and the Geneva Convention that we were aso to have followed. So we were just an armed group of American Thugs, and neither did we rape and pillage the land like a band of Barbary Pirates!
